Questions? Straight answers.

Everything worth knowing before you book your first job.

How do I get started? +
Join the waitlist above with your email. When the beta launches, we’ll reach out with access. From there: describe your job, we match you with a local contractor, you get a quote before anything is confirmed, and then they handle it.
What if my contractor doesn’t show up? +
You’re protected. Payment is held until the job is confirmed complete — your money never goes to a contractor who bails. If a match falls through, we re-match you with another available contractor.
How is pricing decided? +
Contractors set their own rates, which keeps prices competitive. You always see a quote before committing — no surprise charges. Most Twin Cities jobs run $35–$55 for small tasks, $75–$125 for mid-size jobs, and $150+ for large or multi-person hauls.
Can you handle bulky items like sectionals or appliances? +
Yes — that’s exactly what we’re built for. Furniture, appliances, king bed frames, heavy equipment. Jobs that need a box truck or two-person crew are matched to providers equipped for it. Just describe the item when you request.
I’m selling on Facebook Marketplace — can this help me? +
Absolutely. Add “Haul And Install delivery available” to your listing. Buyers who don’t have a truck — a huge portion of Marketplace shoppers — will choose you over identical listings that don’t offer delivery. You don’t do anything differently; just be ready when the buyer arranges their contractor.
What happens if I have pets or my space isn’t cleared? +
Tell us when you book. Pets that aren’t secured can be a safety issue for contractors — they may decline the job if animals are loose on arrival. Similarly, if your drop-off space isn’t cleared when the crew arrives, it adds time (and cost). Flagging this upfront keeps everything smooth.
Are contractors vetted? +
Yes. All providers go through a registration and verification process before they can receive jobs. During beta, we’re doing extra manual screening to make sure the first cohort of contractors meet the bar. We’ll share more details on the vetting process at launch.
Is this only in Minneapolis and St. Paul? +
We’re launching across the Twin Cities metro — Minneapolis, St. Paul, and surrounding suburbs including Edina, Bloomington, Minnetonka, Plymouth, Eagan, Burnsville, Eden Prairie, Maple Grove, Roseville, and Woodbury. If you’re in the metro area, you’re likely covered. Not sure? Join the waitlist and we’ll confirm your area.
